Met very kind staff at the reception desk, the standard double room had all necessary amenities. I had central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel television in the room. Its location was central, next to an old watchtower.

I booked functional, new-fashioned room with a queen bed and cosmetics, as for instance. The staff was polite and pleasant, took good care of everyone...

The location is marvellous and absolutely perfect, only 1 mile from Frankfurt Trade Fair. the hotel rooms are spacious with a beautiful view.

The rooms with single bed and conditioning are comfortable, and the shower is excellent. The hotel is centrally located near the Botanic Gardens and the Senckenberg Natural History Museum. It is also conveniently close to 2 metro stations and a subway.

The location is great, close to the lively area around Bockenheimer Warte. Lots of good eating places along Leipziger Strasse. Close to U-Bahn and trams. Accessible to restaurants and supermarkets.

The hotel is situated in an excellent area with easy access to public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The staff is welcoming and very helpful. We appreciated the complimentary drinks in the room and the free Wi-Fi. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of choices to suit everyone's taste. The Christmas decorations in the lobby and the overall festive atmosphere made our stay truly enjoyable.

While the hotel had many positive aspects, the room was quite basic. There was no air conditioning or fan, making it uncomfortably warm, and the lack of insect screens allowed insects to enter.

stayed in frankfurt before and novum hotel was a pleasant surprise! clean room, comfy beds, and AC. loved the free coffee and tea facilities. tram stop nearby made it easy to get to the city center. amazing value for the price!

Breakfast too expensive.

The location was perfect for visiting the French Consulate. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The room was bright and had a nice view. The shower was excellent and the bed was comfy. a great experience and fantastic value.
